Thanks to improvements in chassis and construction , the new allows the motorcycle to operate with more agility and comfort than ever before. The frame additives allow you to re-conduct the collector tube under the frame, reducing the probability of burning the leg, include removable footrest anchorages that can be easily replaced, and a reinforced adjustable steering control. The new frame also houses AIRBOX Thumpstar, an air filter hidden in a special chamber. Additionally, in the frame the swing is between it and the engine, reducing stress on bearings and ensuring better durability of the entire system.
The cast aluminium hub has been changed to a tooth with 6 screws and a shield with 4 screwsand, at the transition to an axis of 20mm which allows for the use of oversized wheel bearings. In addition, these tensile-sensitive steel spokes (compared to other Pitbics) were replaced with tensile-resistant and latching stainless steel spokes. And finally, the rims were upgraded to top-class aluminum alloy. It moves on 17-inch steel tyre wheels 70/100-17 in front and 14-inch, steel tyre wheels 70/100-14 in back. Disc brake system with HSK 2-pressor clamp (front) and disc brake system with HSK 1-pressor clamp (back).
The motorcycle is equipped with a front VS1 Adjustable Forks with a length of 770 mm and a rear VS1 Linkage U Shock with a length of 350 mm. The VS1 front fork provides a soft but stable drive through bumps, rails or jumps. In the rear suspension, instead of traditionally attaching the shock absorber to the upper part of the swinger, it was used as in full-sized motorcycles to the bottom of the swinger. The great option is that Pitbike grows with a young rallyer, as it is designed to be improved to extend its lifetime with the development of the child - simply upgrade the front and rear suspension to a higher option.
The footrests are 56 mm wide, the same as the motocross 250/450 footrests on the secondary market, which provides better grip and driver comfort. High quality stainless steel material was used for durability and fresh appearance over long years, finished with perfectly matched springs.
Another advantage is that PitBike is a motorcycle that can withstand the test of time and exposure to the elements because it has a water-resistant wiring system.
In addition to driving, it is also important to maintain a motorcycle and to tighten the chain in shit, which can also involve a child. In our case, this is very easy, because TSR 140R has been equipped with moved CNC string tensioners. Generally, with typical maintenance, this engine runs for years, usually well beyond your child's need for a larger PitBike as they grow up.
